Delete Your SUP Account

You can delete your SUP account and the data that goes with it at any time. Deleting is free and cannot be undone.

1. Delete It in the App

1. Open the SUP app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Settings → Privacy Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.

Your account is closed straight away.

2. Ask Us to Delete It

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email sellusedproduct@gmail.com from the email address of your SUP account, with the subject Delete my SUP account. So that nobody can delete someone else's account, we only act on requests from that address, and we may ask you to confirm. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to tell you it is done.

3. What Is Deleted

• You are signed out everywhere, and every sign-in is ended.
• Your email address is scrambled so it can no longer identify you or be used to sign in, and your password is erased.
• Your name, photo, phone verification and profile stop being shown, and your Ads are taken down from the app and the website.
• Your saved Ads, saved searches and notifications are removed.

4. What Is Kept, and for How Long

• Messages you sent stay visible to the other person in that chat, because the chat is theirs as well as yours.
• Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Reports and records needed to deal with fraud, safety or a legal claim are kept for as long as they are needed for that, and not used for anything else.
