Stay Safe

SUP is built with safety in mind — but a little common sense goes a long way.

Always meet in a well-lit, busy location — a cafe, a mall lobby, or a market. Avoid isolated spots, especially for high-value items.

Test electronics, check for damage, verify serial numbers. Don't pay until you're satisfied the item matches the listing.

Pay via UPI or bank transfer when possible — these create a record. Keep screenshots of your transaction for reference.

If something feels off — pressure to pay upfront, refusal to meet in person, prices too good to be true — walk away. Report the listing to our team.
