How to Sell on SUP, Step by Step

Selling Something
Most Ads take about a minute. You don’t pay to post, and SUP takes nothing when it sells.
Take a Few Clear Photos
Photograph the item where it stands, in daylight and from a few angles. Show any scratch or dent: honest photos save an argument at handover.
Add a Title, Price and Details
Pick a category and SUP asks the right questions, like kilometres for a bike, storage for a phone or seats for a sofa. Set your own price, and mark it negotiable if you’re open to offers.
Say if You’re the Owner or a Dealer
Every Ad shows Owner or Dealer, so buyers know who they’re talking to before they message.
A Person Checks It, Then It’s Live
Every Ad is checked by a person before it appears, usually within eight hours. There’s no fee, and no paying to skip the queue.
Chat, Agree a Price and Meet
Answer buyers in the app without sharing your number. Accept, counter or decline offers, meet somewhere public, and mark the Ad as sold.
For Buyers
Buying Something
Find it near you, check who’s selling, and only pay once you’ve seen it.
Search Near You
Search or browse by category. Ads near you come first, and each one says whether it’s from an owner or a dealer.
Check the Seller
See when they joined, how quickly they usually reply, how many items they’ve sold and whether their phone number is verified.
Ask, or Make an Offer
Ask “Is it still available?” with one tap, or send an offer. If the seller accepts, the Ad is reserved for you.
Inspect, Then Pay
Meet in a busy public place, check the item properly, and only then pay in cash or UPI. Never pay in advance for something you haven’t seen.
