We’re Building a Fairer Way to Sell Used Things in India
SUP (Sell, Use, Purchase) is a free app for buying and selling used things near you. We’re a small team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and we started it because selling an old phone or sofa shouldn’t mean fees, spam calls or a stranger you know nothing about.
Why We Started
Selling Second Hand Should Feel Safe and Simple
Most of us have tried to sell something second hand online. The calls start before the Ad has finished loading, some “buyers” want you to scan a QR code, and you can’t tell an owner from a dealer.
We wanted the opposite: an app where your number stays private, a person checks every Ad, offers are clear numbers instead of endless “last price?”, and the chat itself warns you when a message looks like a scam.
And it had to be free. Posting costs nothing, and SUP takes no commission on anything you sell.
