Most marketplaces make you choose between reaching people and protecting yourself. We built SUP so that you never have to pick — and so the price on the ad is the money in your hand.
The price on the ad is the money in your hand
No commission, no listing fee, no cut when it sells. If you ask ₹14,500, you are paid ₹14,500. The only thing you can ever pay for is skipping the review queue or pinning your ad to the home screen — and both are optional.
A person reads every ad before it goes up
Not a filter — a human being. It means a short wait, usually under eight hours, and it means the listings you scroll past are real ones.

01When does SUP actually launch?
We open one city at a time, starting with the cities where the most people have signed up — a marketplace with nobody in it is no use to anyone. Join the waiting list and you will get an email the day we open in yours.
02Is it really free, or free for now?
Free, and not a trial. Listing an item, browsing and chatting cost nothing and take no cut of your sale. The only money SUP ever asks for is optional: ₹49 to skip the review wait, or a fee to feature your ad on the home screen.
03How long before my ad goes live?
A person reads every ad before it appears, usually within eight hours. If you would rather not wait, ₹49 publishes it straight away — it still gets read, just after it is up.
04Will buyers see where I live?
No. Buyers see an approximate area of about half a kilometre, never your exact location, and never your phone number. You agree a meeting point in chat, and we recommend somewhere public.
05What happens to the details I give you now?
They sit in our own database and are used for exactly one thing: emailing you when SUP opens in your city. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to advertisers, and there is an unsubscribe link in every email.
06Which cities are first?
That is genuinely decided by the waiting list. We ask for your city when you sign up and open where the demand is — so telling a few neighbours is the fastest way to move yours up.
